A steady and secure supply of fresh fish and seafood is imperative for this restaurant concept. Deliopolis provides around 250 types of fresh fish and seafood products which are air freighted into the country on a regular basis.
Decorative saltwater tanks are placed in the restaurant, displaying live lobsters and crabs in a natural setting and at the same time securing the fresh supply of these delicacies.
LIGHT FOOD MENU
The portions of the regular menu are held smaller than at your average American style restaurant, but larger than those in a tapas bar. The prices reflect the portions and patrons can choose to dine light or try several dishes.
